Nichateau was established with the aim of restoring ancient Georgian traditions.
We have given new life to forgotten Georgian dishes.
We have carefully searched and studied different dishes from all corners and regions of Georgia, the names of which are associated with old traditions.
Our kitchen uses natural products and raw materials for special flavors and we try to please our guests with a real Georgian table.
